Solidifying our foothold in the thriving Colorado business community

This week Denver hosts Denver Startup Week - the largest free entrepreneurial event in the United States where more than 5,000 people gather to collaborate on the business of tech, design, and manufacturing. The Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) plays an important role during this week and the remaining 51 weeks of the year. The organization sponsors the Advanced Industries Accelerator program, which announced substantial investments in Colorado companies this week.

This week Governor Hickenlooper awarded nearly $2 million in grants to Colorado companies through the Advanced Industries Accelerator program.TERSUS Solutions (CO2Nexus) proudly accepted a $250,000 grant on Tuesday along with several other companies focused on technical innovation.

TERSUS Solutions calls Denver home because we can lean on the strong entrepreneurial community that continues to support our growth. In March 2014, Forbes ranked Denver the second best place to launch a start-up; this week it is easy to see why. During Denver Startup Week, one can access the thought leaders, policy creators, and entrepreneurs driving economic growth in this state. This support isn’t limited to just one week of the year, however. The TERSUS team consistently finds innovative thinkers in finance, engineering, and business from whom we can draw support.

TERSUS Solutions (CO2Nexus) is excited to participate in the Advanced Industries Accelerator program and we look forward to future collaboration. The $250,000 grant announced this week will advance our goals over the coming months and solidifies our foothold in the thriving Denver economic community.

Thank you to the State of Colorado and the Office of Economic Development and International Trade for the sponsoring Advanced Industries Accelerator grant program. We look forward to working with the Colorado community for many years to come.
