First commercial system ships
We're proud to announce that our team is currently shipping the first TERSUS Solutions commercial machine to Patagonia's Reno, Nevada facility. The machine will be delivered in early March to contribute to Patagonia's Common Threads Initiative, among other projects. The program encourages consumers to reduce their consumption by repairing, reusing, and recycling their gear.
For more than a year, the TERSUS Solution has cleaned numerous Patagonia garments and we're excited to continue our contribution to Patagonia's mission to provide the best products, do no unnecessary harm, and use business to inspire and implement solutions to environmental crises.
This is just the first step to redefining the relationship between apparel and water consumption. To learn more about the TERSUS approach to valuing water and other natural capital resources, read here.
TERSUS® Around the World
Over the coming months we will be working with organizations to expand upon the knowledge base of natural capital accounting in the private sector. Our focus on water availability and water quality will directly inform emerging literature on natural capital accounting. Please let us know if your organization would like to participate in this foundational work as well.
In early February, our team hosted companies from around the world to participate in custom demonstrations of the TERSUS Solutions for brand apparel, cleanroom laundry, and industrial uniform maintenance.
Our partners - Patagonia and RK Mechanical helped us kick-off the event with a special introduction of the first commercial TERSUS system during an event hosted at RK Specialties Fabrication Facility in Henderson, Colorado. As our local fabricator, RK Mechanical plays an important role in our service to our clients. The staff at the Henderson facility will manufacture the additional orders CO2Nexus will fill this year for customers around the world.
During the event, Patagonia Works Director of Corporate Development, Phil Graves, spoke to our packed audience on the relationship between TERSUS Solutions and Patagonia's environmental and business goals. Phil Graves:
"This is the exact type of investment that we're very proud of...there is a reason this was one of our first investments [through $20 Million & Change]."
Over the next several months, our team will introduce some of the new initiatives and partnerships that developed through this event. Please contact us if you are interested in scheduling your own demonstration.

TERSUS® in the Middle East
CO2Nexus and Dingo LTD Group signed a distribution agreement in February 2015. The partnership will deliver TERSUS Solutions to the water-constrained countries of Egypt, Israel, Jordan, and Turkey.
By 2016, desalination will provide 50% of Israel's water. By next year, TERSUS Solutions will be helping organizations eliminate their water use for textile manufacturing and maintenance. This will reduce competition between businesses and communities for precious water resources.
