1. Trade In: Customer sends back eligible Christy Dawn items they’re no longer wearing receives a credit.

2. Refresh & Restore: Tersus sorts, inspects, cleans and refreshes each item sent in to meet Christy Dawn quality standards.

3. Shop Pre-Loved: The restored pieces are resold through Christy Dawn’s Pre-Loved marketplace powered by Archive software, allowing each garment the chance for a new home.
