HEM DEFECT
A manufacturing defect affected the bottom hem of 2,200 jackets for a high-performance hunting brand.
With supply chain disruptions increasing demand, the brand needed a rapid solution to recover the inventory.
After evaluating a sample and establishing a repair protocol, Tersus completed the rework across the full shipment.
For approximately 7.5% of MSRP, the brand recovered the inventory and returned the jackets to market in time for the holiday retail season.
